Optical code-division multiple-access (OCDMA) system is a development potential communication mode. And OCDMA system has leading-edge technology. Address code is very important for OCDMA system. It is meaningful to construct address code which own good correlation properties. In this paper, we will focus our attention on researching on optical orthogonal code.Optical orthogonal codes (OOCs) have application in OCDMA system because of their good correlation properties. In this paper, Constraint condition of optimal Optical orthogonal codes was discussed. Besides, a construction method of optimal (n ,w,1) optical orthogonal code was presented based on difference set. Optimal (n ,w,1) optical orthogonal code which has 2 code words each set was constructed by this construction method. Codewords relativity simulation proved the validity of the method. New code set which has 60 codewords is constructed by recursive algorithm method. These construction methods have practicability because of codewords'good correlation properties and large capacity.Optical orthogonal code pair family (OOCPF) is presented. In particular, bounds on the size of an optical orthogonal code pair family are discussed. Finally, several new constructions for optimal optical orthogonal code pair family with correlation constraintsλa=λc are described by means of optimal cyclic t-packing. And equivalence between OOCPF and constructions are established. This equivalence allows us to obtain optical orthogonal code pair families by way of optimal cyclic t-packing pairs.
