Switched systems are important hybrid dynamic systems.The research of them mainly expands with hybrid systems.Switched systems are systems that consist of several subsystems and controlled by switching laws.As a result of the existence of the switching signals in the switched systems, the study of the switched systems has particularity and complexity compared with general systems. Time-delay is common phenomenon in practical control systems.Time-delay as a source of instability and poor performance often appears in many practical dynamic systems. Therefore, there are important theory value and applied significance to study robust control on time-delay switched systems.This paper considers a class of uncertain switched systems with constant time-delay.Based on Krasovskii-Lyapunov functional methods and LMI techniques,delay-dependent stability conditions for robust stability and stabilization of the system are derived in terms of LMI. Finally,feedback stabilization problem of time-delay switched systems is discussed by designing the non-fragile feedback controller.Moreover,dwell time constraints are imposed for the switching law.
