With the rapid development of network technology, the worldwide computer system and communication system have been integrated to form the information superhighway and public data network by internet. The structure of control system has been changed to develop in the direction of network, with the development of fieldbus technology. if the internet applies to the control system combining with the fieldbus technology, the temporal and spatial restriction in the transmission and exchange of control information would be broken down, and the data communication between field apparatus and Ethernet would come true, achieve thesimultaneous control according to the actual situation and share the information. For the above reasons, the net-sensor is very hot on stove at present.For the theme of equipment-condition monitoring, the hardware and software of the sensors-network node for the data collection in the front-end have been researched respectively. By means of the sensors-network node design proposal of internet and fieldbus, and the advantages of fieldbus such as high transmission speed, good instantaneity and reliability, effective support of distributed control, the local information exchange would be fast and convenient. by means of the analysis of CAN and TCP/IP protocol, To the sensors-network node, the gateway has been designed and implemented, and the involved key technologies have also been researched in depth, including the structure of gateway, the design of protocol exchange and the instantaneity of data communication. Combining with the practical situation of field apparatus, the design of several intelligent nodes has been achieved, the acquisition of various data in the industrial field has been implemented, and the reasonable classification of information flow in software has also been accomplished. Meanwhile, the CAN bus user agreement has been formulated combining with CAN bus protocol, which would coordinate the information flow in bus, reduce the arbitration time of bus conflicts, and improve the instantaneity of system. Finally, network sensor with 4 nodes and lObase-ethernet environment has been joint debugged, and the test data and truthful data have been compared and analyzed. Experimental results show that system has a good validity and reliability to meet the demand for control networks.
