With the rapid development of LED industry, it requires better performance of semiconductor-sealing-packing equipment. It is key factor that serviceability of ultrasonic transducer used on bonding machine is good or bad. And as driver of ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic generator is a important actor.This text point at single fuction of tradition ultrasonic generator and working frequency drift about ultrasonic transducer,achive many kinds of frequency generation and adjust frequency at the same time locking phase position used low-cost and highly active characteristics of microprocessor ARM9. So degital ultrasonic transducer could adapt different kinds of transducer and dynamic adjusting frequency to make sure ultrasonic transducer work in Rosonance status,at same time it work in high efficiency status. The main works include:Design the whole system of ultrasonic transducer , first of all design the system power supply, clock circuit, reset circuit A/D conversion circuit, power amplification circuit and acquisition of signal circuit etc.Using C language to implement press key adjusting module,LCD display module automatic frequency compensation module and so on.Then using oscilloscope collect operating signal of ultrasonic generator,collect no-load and load current of ultrasonic transducer; at last, analysis and demonstrate performance and fesibility about all systerm. Take ultrasonic generator on bonding machine and demonstrate bonding result.In this paper, the design point at requirement of company.The main innovation of this paper is: realized digitizing control ultrasonic generation and automatic frequency compensation; cost is low, portability is good, raw space is big;it is powerful and it fits for many kinds of ultrasonic transducer.
