Design And Development Of Pipe Cutting Offline Programming System Based On Vc

As a supportive method of industrial design, the robot cutting technology has been used widely and achieved great success abroad. And the offline programming system provides more support for the combination of robot system and CAD. At home, with the Rapid development of Industrial Technology these years, people realized that the improvement of cutting technology can reduce the cost of design and improve the production efficiency. The compute science is used widely in every part of industrial design and has made much success. So in the industrial robot cutting field, we can also use compute science to provide more support for the company.With the cutting Algorithm that supplied by the Mechanical College, we made a software design which has good user interface and easy to use after analysis of software requirements. Recently the software has implemented two cutting style, the board pipe intersection and pipe intersection. Firstly, the paper discussed the cutting technology at home , and analysis the software requirement in-depth then get both Functional Requirements and Non-functional requirements. According to the requirement discussed the design pattern. Finally make Summary for the software according to the testing results. The program find a new way of off-line simulation cutting, with optimization cutting algorithm , intuition visualization .According to the actual use effects , the program can provide the basic function of CAD system , the calculate results are accurate and efficient , and the industrial design has been greatly improved.The robot cutting offline programming system has a bright future. It has changed Traditional industrial design,the result data are accurate and the cutting effect are visualization. The software Framework can be reused when it has Similar function ,such as the robot Welding system.
