Traffic in different regions are also differences in some areas large traffic, less traffic in some areas, in the day and night, month to month, there are also differences between the traffic, resulting in some areas MSC / MSC traffic congestion and serve other areas MSC / MSC Server server idle conditions appeared, resulting in uneven regional traffic problems. How to reasonably share the network traffic, improve equipment utilization and effective use of resources, play a greater economic benefits, a serious problem operators.This paper analyzes the mobile network in Guangzhou uneven regional traffic situation, emergency traffic through the introduction of high negative impact of programs on the network is proposed to introduce MSC In Pool technology to solve these problems, and presents the principles of this technology, concrete engineering implementations.
