Today's world is a information world, data continued growth and then data storage and data security became a new issues, the traditional storage mode is no longer able to meet the growing mass of data availability, reliability requirements. The emergence of the SAN to meet the needs of data storage devices of new requirements, this article deals with the core of SAN storage devices--storage resource management system, Storage resource management system is the key of SAN data storage can meet the requirements, this system managed all SAN storage resources, it guarantees the realization of data storage reliability and backup, disaster recovery.in fact, without a good storage resource management system, SAN can't be meet the requirements of data storage.Array management module and snapshot file system management are the most important parts of storage management system, It's use to create RAID and document-level data backup and data recovery, and a guarantee of the security and consistency of data, provide high-performance storage.In this paper, we make a simple introduce of the relevant knowledge about RAID create module and snapshot file system, and the whole design and realization of RAID create module and snapshot file system. Detail described the solution of the RAID create module, data RW and data reconstruction of RAID, the realization of snapshot, storage strategy, create a snapshot, snapshot management, snapshot collection, completed the design and implementation of array management and file system snapshot of HSSRMS Array management system. HSSRMS project has been completed towards the end of testing, the system's stability and performance have reached the design requirements, meet enterprise-class large-scale data storage needs.
