Research And Applications Of Key Technics During Developing Urp Systems

The all-round research of domestic university management information system has been developing for ten years and gone through periods of university self researching and commercializing application researching. Although there are some achievements on the construction of university management information system which possesses features of domestic university campus construction and management tasks and is built on the experiences of overseas campus computing implementation, users request more on many aspects such as system operating efficiency with the accelerating of information process and the high-speed development of computer related technologies. So many problems of systems running presently arise and researchers have to improve related theories in the period of designing systems and key technics during the process of developing systems further.First, this article introduces the evolution and current situation of digital campus and university management information system. Then it analyses current problems existed in developing and applying of domestic university management information system commercialized and establishes four key technics as the main research content to point out the purpose and significant of the research. Second, it analyses and expatiates on related theories of these key technics in detail and finds out the solutions for satisfying users'demand and handling real problems arising during applying process. It also introduces improved theories, methods, new standards and frames. The third part is analyzing and designing of university management information system, expatiating on functions, models, frames and interfaces of the whole system and showing detailed designing process referring to scholarship management subsystem. The final part is expatiating on system realization and key technics, discussing improved system realization technics and methods according to theories and solutions in the second chapter, summarizing full article and pointing out next researching direction.The research of key technics during developing university management information system is a complex job including many subjects, such as management, computer, software, information and so on. The focus of this article is researching the aspect of computer and software. This job is benefit not only for the development and advancement of campus information,but also for the innovation of software developing technics and program.
