The Design And Implementation Of Shijiazhuang Institute Of Railway Technology Computer Center Management System

With the rapid development of computer technology, the development and application of information management system has become one of the most widely Application Field. Currently, in order to meeting the needs of the development of education, many universities have built their computer center with considerable scale for the use of students. The regularization control and the degree of automation of the management of computer center is urgency. Basing on the computer center management system of our university, I discus the structure of the information management system and the basic principles, process, methods of system development.The thesis has explained the develop background, developments environment, technological tool and the whole process of planning, analyzing, designing and implementing on detail. In the develop background, I has analyzed development and characteristics of the computer center management system, defined subject task. For the subject task, we identified the development environment, discussed technology path of the system development. In the process of requirement analysis, by discussing with manager of computer room and analyzing the similar system, I summarized the functional module of system. In the process of design, the system was divided into several function modules basing on C/S mode. The relation and interface between those modules were also identified. I mainly used PowerBuilder9.0 as development language and SQL Server2000 as database.The system has proved stable and reliable by using. It has fully to meet the requirement of automatic management. The state diagram of system makes the situation of computer center clear. The function of seat allocation can well meet the teaching need. The system is well fit for all types of computer center management of colleges.Through developing the computer center management system, I further clarify the developing methods and ideas of an information management system. The system has also deepened our knowledge of information management system, cemented the system developing knowledge which id learnt previously. The programming ideas and level has been improved. The engineering ideas have been enhanced. It laid a solid foundation for learning and using computer well.
