Adaptive Opto-Electronic telescope is worthy for the space target reconnoiter and surveillance, also for the target intelligence acquisition in military. But the images getting from Adaptive Opto-Electronic telescope have facular dispersion to a degree. So the images will be blurred, make the information inaccurate. For the purpose of enhancing the images'definition, this dissertation tracks the new development trends of blind restoration algorithms, study IBD, EM, NAS-RIF, APEX algorithm based on the Adaptive Opto-Electronic images, also do exploratory developments in the images quality assessment, chief work includes:(1)Analyze the gray scale distributing character of background noise for Opto-Electronic images, based on it, study IBD, EM, NAS-RIF algorithm, three kinds of non-parameter iteration algorithm and one kind of immediate processing algorithm, APEX algorithm, then discuss how to choose the experience factor in the algorithm, compare their performance from three aspects, convergence, noise influence and running time;(2)Improve the SSIM, because it can't assess the blurred images exactly, assess the image quality utilizing the GRSSIM, deducing from SSIM, to make objective indicator strong correlation with subjective vision;(3)Integrate the four kinds of algorithm, image quality assessment and some common image processing method utilizing GUI in the MATLAB.
