With the development of society's productivity, image processing technology has already far broken through the early application, widely applied to a lot of fields, such as scientific research, industrial and agricultural production, military technology, government department, health care, etc. The image processing technology includes various kinds of processing, for example, carrying on the digitization, coding, analyzing to the image etc. Certainly the degraded image processing is a very important research field in digital image processing, its research results are being widely applied to each field stated above.In this paper, the author carried on research to some commonly used classical image restoration algorithms. At the same time, several blind image restoration algorithms have been researched. To sum up, in the research of blind image restoration, as follows work is achieved: first, if the PSF is known, the detected images are deblurred using the methods of Wiener Filter, and Constrained Least Square, respectively; otherwise, the degraded images are processed and restored by EM, PBD, or NAS-RIF, and the results are quite satisfactory.In this paper, the author has been obtained a set of mature experiences and data on the parameters selected through using Wiener filter, and Constrained Least Square; Furthermore, in the research of blind image restoration, provide the realization to the complicated EM algorithm, point out the shortcoming of this algorithm and provide the improved method. In PBD, through changing the mathematics modes of PSF, make this kind of algorithm have more extensive suitability ; In NAS-RIF, propose the improvement algorithms of supporting and correcting the nonuniform background image, besides, the modified gradient algorithm is described. All of these will improve the efficiency of image restoration.In the end of this paper, comparing several kinds of algorithms studied in the article, promising directions and emphases in future research as well.
