The Old-age Security Problems Research Of Daughter Of Households In Rural Family Planning

The family planning households have make great contribution to controlling the population increase of China, to create well population environment for the causes of construction. However, due to the fast advancement of aging population, the traditional Old-age home function gradually weakens, especially under the impact of the rural aging of population far more beyond the urban', the Old-age security problems of daughter of households in rural family planning need more attention due to its special family structure and the traditional rural forms of social organization.This paper first analyzes the situation of the aging population in rural areas of Hebei Province and other Provinces, from the perspective of maintaining the social equity and concerning about the vulnerable groups, emphasizes that the urgency of strengthening the rural old-age security, and expounds the purpose and significance of working well on the work of the Old-age security problems of daughter of households. Then it makes an analysis on the current situation of rural old-age security, and expounds the conditions of rural old-age security in Hebei Province and other Provinces, to find out the existing problems. Next, it calculates the quantity and proportion of daughter of households in Hebei Province based on the data of rural field research in Hebei Province, makes a investigation of current situation of rural daughter of households, through the analysis of its influencing factors, and also points out the basic reality of the Old-age security of daughter of households and the existing problems. Towards with these problems, this paper makes proposals and measures on how to strengthen the Old-age security of daughter of households, according to the practice and typical experiences of the Old-age security problems of daughter of households in rural family planning in other Provinces.In a word, from the basic conditions of this country and province at this stage, we should combine the Old-age home and social endowment to promote jointly and coordinated development, to promote social endowment vigorously, strengthening the function of the family pension; give priority to solving the problem of rural old-age daughter of households, to make the contribution to building a harmonious society.
