China has always attached importance to moral education .In recent years, our government gives prominence to the importance of moral education , places the moral education on the top of all the school works. However, with the development of the times and social progress, the effectiveness of traditional moral mode is becoming increasingly weakened, moral education is facing many new problems and new tasks. Therefore, how to carry out an effective moral education becomes the major issue which needs the moral education workers to explore and to solve the present. Raised moral experience to the field of moral education has brought new perspective and methods of moral education. It is extensive researched and concerned by the majority of moral education workers.This paper takes the moral experience as a basic point, attempts to elaborate the significance of the experience type moral education to the university moral education.The full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the summary to experience. The second part elaborated on related theory of experience, moral experience and moral education. It lays the cornerstone for the following elaboration. The third part elaborated on the theory of moral education and empirical research, including its meaning, characteristics and principles in detail. The IV part analyzed drawbacks of the traditional model on the basic of experiential theory and moral education in order to highlight the superiority of experience moral education.
