Practicing research teaching and learning in physics experiment teaching in senior high school is a practicing activity which the students obtain knowledge initiatively to develop their competence in a similar process, way and form as scientific research under the teacher's guide. Its aim is to cultivate the students'creating and practicing ability, therefore the obtaining of knowledge and competence does not depend on the compulsory input and educate of the teacher, but on the initiative research, thinking and self-experiencing of the students themselves under the teacher's guidance. Research teaching and learning is characteristic as it's open, students-centered, synthetic and practical. It's a challenge of the teaching concepts and methods for the teachers. Research teaching and learning brings up a higher request for the teacher:Set up the principle of regarding the students as the center, inspire the learning desire of the students, guide the students to research initiatively. The teacher's role changed from a traditional initiator, dominator into a guide, cooperator, and promoter with a good knowledge and perfect knowledge construction. The students are the main participants in the research learning process, and students'learning is a synthesizing experiencing process of knowledge construction and socializing.This thesis analyses the problems existing in the teaching and learning process in physics experiment teaching in senior high school nowadays. It brings out the importance to put the research teaching and learning into practice in the experiment teaching of physics in senior high school. It elaborates the connotation, teaching value, developable value and theoretical bases of the research method teaching theoretically. In practice, the author carries out an inquiry into teaching theory on experiment classes, exploring how to cultivate the students'scientific thinking method and compares it to that of other classes.This thesis takes an example of kinetic energy, law of universal gravitation and elastie collision, and digs into the application among logical method, induction and deduction. The primary teaching shows that an inquiry into teaching theory is good to cultivate the students'creativity.
