In our country, there is a huge contingent of tutors in high schools, who bear the mission of teaching and educating. The effectiveness of the tutors affects the quality of high school education and the development of the students. In the 21st century, with the continuous economic development, increasingly complex social environment and multiple values of the people, great changes in the field of education have taken place. Accordingly,our primary and secondary tutors are facing unprecedented challenges and pressures.This paper aims to inquire the effectiveness of junior high school tutors in both theoretical and practical aspects. In class management, Junior high school tutors are directly responsible for the class. If they do not pay attention to ways of working, they will fail to manage the class successfully. Literature study methods and survey methods are mainly used in this paper. The investigations discovered that the following problems exist in the class management. For example, unclear job roles, uncertainty job responsibilities, ineffective communication with parents, Pessimistic about the prospects of professional, etc. According to the practical problems by junior high school tutor, under the context of professional, I try to put/provide some solution strategies, mainly including the following aspects.Firstly, the tutors need some external supports. They are mainly from the education sector, community, and parents of the students; Education Sector should introduce a number of education policies to protect the rights of the tutors. The community must work together with schools effectively and create a favorable external environment for schools, family education and school education must combine, It is important for Parents and the tutors to communicate and exchange effectively. Secondly, to enhance work performance, School leaders must adopt effective mechanisms of tutor evaluation and training mechanisms. Thirdly, Junior high school tutors should foster the idea of professional learning of their own, and at last achieve professional development.
