With the increasingly apprearance of fuzzy in human life, the research on fuzzy theory and practice are deeply studied. The theory brings us a new recognition of fuzzy that can be treated dialectically and scientifically. Furthermore, by making use of the positive effect of fuzzy, the organizational's vigor can be kept and the achievement can be improved. In the field of education, accompanied by the implementation of the college reform and the popularization of higher education, the fuzzy phenomena in human resource management of colleges and universities become more and more complex. Therefore, it is a requirement that the managers, should learn the fuzzy theories and master the arts of fuzzy management, so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of colleges and universities. By using the fuzzy theory and fuzzy management for reference, this paper takes the colleges and universities as the research objects and using the research method of literature, observation, interview, and bases on the fuzzy management perspective of human resources of colleges. Firstly, it describes the connotation of fuzzy management of human resources of colleges and it's function and unique, then, it analysis the necessity and the possibility of fuzzy management in human resources of colleges. Then, it reveals the problems that exists in fuzzy management of human resources of university and its causes. At last, it discusses the management thinking, the basic principles, the strategies and analyze the relevant case. The purpose of this study is to help the managers form a scientific system of fuzzy management thinking and fuzzy management strategies, master the arts of fuzzy management, and to provide a clearer blueprint of the stability of the college, more effective management human resources and orderly promotion of human resources.
