Community Cultural Organization Management Study

With the continuous social development, people have gradually accepted the idea of civil society. Non-government organization (NGO), as a new force in civil society, has played a key role in democratic construction and given great assistance to social administration of the government.In recent years, due to the deepening of reform and open-up policy, with the acceleration of the transformation of government function, Chinese government has withdrawn from the areas such as administration of economy. Instead, the government has placed more emphasis on the people's livelihood and democratization. Therefore, the construction of grass-root or the sub-district community is attracting the increasing attention of the government.The cultural organization is an important part of the NGOs in grass-root community. In certain community, most NGOs operate in the form of cultural organization which take great effect on the management and construction of the community. Nowadays in China, how is the development of the cultural organizations in sub-district communities? What dilemma are they confronting? In which way will these associations be under better management so that they will further contribute to the construction of the harmonious communities? All of the questions mentioned above will be discussed in the following essay.China today is considered in this paper, the cultural community is booming with unprecedented situation, especially the grassroots community cultural community by the government and the community is popular. However, due to the basic cultural community, grass-roots inevitably exposed its capital, management and talented in many aspects of the existing problems, this also greatly influenced the grassroots community cultural community health development. To strengthen the construction of community, community culture to grassroots governments, departments and the community itself, only three joint efforts in the work force, to form the complementary role and advantages, and to the community health foundation, the long-term development. Of course, in the community culture and community development process, the grassroots governments and community department of the external environment, and only community cultural community development key or to see their community construction and management, only handle the community culture construction and management of community credibility, some key problems can effectively promote community cultural development of community.The five parts of this essay conclude:In chapter 1 "Foreword", the background, the purpose of the essay and the situation of studying the management of the cultural organizations throughout the world will be explanted and analyzed. Further, the situation of the cultural organizations in Chinese communities will be discussed.In chapter 3 "the situation of the operation and management of the cultural organizations of Jing AnSi sub-district community in JingAn district, Shanghai", on the basis of case study of Jing AnSi community, deeper analysis will be given to the operation and management system, the person who manage the organizations and the method and the dilemma through the management.In Chapter 4 "the basic theme of improving the management of the cultural organizations in grass-root communities", the theme of improving the management of these organizations will be concluded from the sub-district government, the management departments and these organizations themselves.In Chapter 5 "the key to improving the management of the cultural organizations in communities", on the basis of the combination of the problems mentioned above and the current theories and cases, the key to improving the management and construction of these cultural organizations in order to witness sound development.
