Ferdinand de Saussure is the founder of modern linguistic. He analyses the system of linguistic, and put forward a new analyzing direction of linguistic. Hence, it has further influence of modern linguistic development, and gets great achievement, and it is a'Copernican'Revolution. From"linguistic turn"of western philosophy point of view, Saussure's theory of linguistic and linguistic philosophy thought can be generalized for the same problem to study, so they are not a clear demarcation. The philosophy problem of Saussure's linguistic study is in an important position of western philosophy.Saussure is also pioneer of modern semiotics. His study and analysis methods lead to linguistic sign and sign system on general science– Semiology. Especially, he makes the distinction between significant and signified, and birth of Saussure's theory of semiology. Generally speaking, Saussure's linguistic research focuses on issues about analyzing human in modern view, and it is worth mentioning on the relations of language and human thought. Saussure's influence is on the reflection of linguistic, social science, semiotics, structuralism, modern thought and our understanding of human.This paper analyses and discusses it from the following three points. First, Saussure's thoughts have historical background and theory source. Second, Saussure takes natural language as the object of study, analyzing the state of its ontological existence and rules of existence. The second part of this dissertation elaborates Saussure's ideas and study of language noumenon, and it analyses the basic philosophy of Saussure's linguistic theory. Therefore, another state of the existence of language is of its sign nature, and this part describes the basic contents about Saussure's theory of semiology in detail, and analyses the problems and achievements of this theory. Third, this part focuses on knowing structuralism based on his theory of linguistic and linguistic model is influential schools in modern Western philosophy. In the beginning of analyzing Saussure's theory of semiology, Saussure makes further influence of modern semiotics. Currently, the study of semiotics has become an important trend, being an important research topic in modern philosophy and other areas.
