Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficiency of using the combination of Traditional Medicine and Modern Medicine in the patients of wagnerⅠ-ⅣDiabetic Foot.Methods:Collecting 30 Patients of wagnerⅠ-ⅣDiabetic Foot randomly divided into treatment group(n=15)control group(n=15). Control group were given regular treatment,while treatment group were added the Traditional Medicine with regular treatment. one month was a period of treatment and two period of treatments were observed the effect.Result: After 8weeks treatment the effective rate of observation group and control group are100% and 73.33% . The difference of the effeetive rate of observation group and control group is significant (P<0.05).The transmission speed of the patienis'lower limbs nerve,the rate of the ankle artery to humerus artery,the patients'lower limbs blood dynaniics are all improved obviously.After the treatment,the difference between two groups is significant(P<0.05). Conelusion:TCM and Western medicine combination methods that used to cure l-4grade 2type diabetesfeet not only can improve the clinie symptom but can improve the transmission speed of thePatients'lower 1imbsnerve,the rate of the ankle artery to humerus artery and the patients'lower limbs blood dynamies. The curative effect of observation group is better than the controlgroup.
