| Objective:To compare the two therapeutic alliance program for stomach cancer's therapeutic effect, the programe is Oxaliplatin and capecitabine chems with Way of Care Spleen and Stomach, another is the single chems treatment. Methods:The sixty advanced carcinoma of stomach were divided into two groups according to the randomized design. The treatment group with the traditional Chinese medicine and chems, The control group was treated only with conventional chems. To observe the change of the releasing cancer pain, gastric qi condition score, adverse effect, frequency of queasiness, the rate of anorexia, the change of the grade of the patient's quality of life and so on. Result:①To compare the treatment group with the control groups of KPS score in pretherapy and post-treatment, the difference have statistical significance.②To compare the treatment group with the control groups of gastric qi condition score in post-treatment, the former surpass the latter, and the difference have statistical significance.③The treatment group with the traditional Chinese medicine and chems obviously improve quality of life in post-treatment.④The treatment group have fewer adverse effect compare wit the control group.⑤To compare with two groups in life span that have not difference. Conclusion: The treatment group with the traditional Chinese medicine and chems obviously surpassed the control group with simple western medicine chems in Stomach cancer. |
