Objective:To investigate the difference between the expression of CA125,CEA in serum of the Uygur and Han patients of advanced non-small cell lung cancer by monitoring the serum CA125 and CEA levels in advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:There were 101 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the People's Hospital of Autonomous Region in recent 5 years. Among them, there were 50 cases of Uygur and 51 cases of Han patients. We detect the CA125 and CEA of serum by chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay, then compared the patients above with 50 healthy Han people and 50 healthy Uygur people in the medical examination center of our hospital. Results:(1)The difference of CA125,CEA reached statistical significance between the Han healthy group and the group of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (t'=20.6243,t'=17.1192,P<0.05); (2) The difference of CA125. CEA reached statistical significance between the Uygur healthy group and the group of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(t'= 21.7296,t'=15.926,P<0.05);(3)The difference of CA125,CEA failed to reach statistical significance between the Uygur people and Han people in the group of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(t=0.1948,t= 0.4477,P>0.05);(4)The differences of CA125,CEA failed to reach statistical significance between the Uygur people and Han people in the group of stage III non-small cell lung cancer (t= 0.041,t= 0.7782,P>0.05); Neither did the difference of CA125 and CEA in the stage IV (CA125:t=0.1836,P> 0.05;CEA:t=0.2123,P>0.05); (5)The difference of CA125,CEA failed to reach statistical significance between the Uygur people and Han people in the group of advanced lung squamouse-cell cancer (t=0.1173,t=0.1661,P>0.05); Neither did the differences of CA125 (t=0.001,P>0.05) and CEA (t=0.3654,P>0.05) in the group of advanced lung non-squamouse-cell cancer; (6)The difference of CA125,CEA reached statistical significance between the stage III and IV of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in Han people, and CA125,CEA had positive correlation with disease stage(t'=19.0656,P<0.05, r=0.1393;t'=8.6533,P<0.05,r=0.2157); Neither did the difference of CA125(t'=19.8941,P <0.05,r=0.1057) and CEA (t'=7.6477,P<0.05,r=0.2315) between the stage III and IV of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in the Uygur people; (7)The differences of CA125 failed to reach statistical significance between the squamouse-cell cancer group and non-squamouse-cell cancer group of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in Han people (t=0.9544,P>0.05), neither did the differences of CA125 for the Uygur people (t=0.9752,P>0.05). The difference of CEA reached statistical significance between the squamouse-cell cancer group and non-squamouse-cell cancer group of the advanced non-small cell lung cancer in Han people (t'=16.0342,P<0.05), so did the difference of CEA in the Uygur people (t'=12.5576, P<0.05). Conclusion:1.The difference of the expression of CA125 and CEA reached statistical significance for the Han healthy people and the advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients.2.The difference of the expression of CA125 and CEA reached statistical significance for the Uygur healthy people and advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients. 3.There was no difference of the expression of CA125 and CEA in advanced non-small cell lung cancer group between Han people and Uygur people.4.There was no difference of the expression of CA125 and CEA between the Uygur people and Han people in the group of stage III and IV non-small cell lung cancer.5.There was no difference of the expression of CA125 and CEA between the Uygur people and Han people in the group of advanced lung squamouse-cell cancer and the advanced lung non-squamouse-cell cancer. 6.There were difference of the expression of CA125 and CEA in the Uygur people and Han people themselves in the group of stage III of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, CA125 and CEA had positive correlation with clinical stage.7.There was no difference of the expression of CA125 and CEA in advanced lung squamouse-cell cancer and advanced lung non-squamouse-cell cancer group of the Uygur people and Han people. 8.CA125 and CEA have referential value in judging clinical stage and pathologic stage of advanced lung cancer patients for different people in XinJiang, and monitoring CA125 and CEA is easy to be pervaded, so it is significant to do it in all hospitals in XinJiang.
