Methods:The expression of Cdc42 and hMLH1 gene was detected in 30 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and normal tissues by Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction. Results:In 30 cases of cancer tissue samples Cdc42 gene expression and normal tissues were significantly different (P<0.05), in which the expression of cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion was no significant correlation (P> 0.05) Significant differences also exist in the hMLH1 gene in 30 cases of cancer specimens Organization and normal tissues (P<0.05), the expression of cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion was no significant correlation (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Cdc42, hMLH1 gene have abnormal expression at the transcriptional level; Cdc42, hMLH1 gene in the occurrence of esophageal cancer Uighur played a certain role in the process. Two genes in lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion was no significant difference in expression levels; Cdc42, hMLH1 gene in the occurrence of esophageal cancer in Uighur may be an early event. | Keywords/Search Tags: | esophageal cancer, Cdc42, hMLH1, Uigur's, RT-PCR | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
