| Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of Fu-Fang-Gu-Shen Granular in treating urine protein of kidney asthenia and blood stasis in senile diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods:40 patients (Outpatients and Inpatients) with the 3rd stage of senile diabetic nephropathy have been chose during October 2004 to March 2006 from the First Hospital Affiliated of T.C.M of Hunan. The patients were randomly divided into two groups (Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group). Patients above two groups were treated with Fu-Fang-Gu-Shen Granular, Fosfenpril respectively for 8 weeks, and basic treatment for both groups simultaneously. The total efficiency, urine albumin excretion rate (UAER), blood lipid, Chinese medical syndromes were observed and compared between treatment and control group.Results:The urine albumin excretion rate (UAER) of the two groups were both significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05), but total efficiency was no difference in treatment and control group(P>0.05).The Chinese medical syndromes and blood lipid were significantly improved in treatment group (P<0.05)Conclusion:Fu-Fang-Gu-Shen granular is effective in treating urine protein of kidney asthenia and blood stasis in senile diabetic nephropathy and it has characters as wide safety scope and good security utilities. |
