A Clinical Study On Post Laser Subepithelial Keratomileusis (lasek) With Qufengtuiyitang

Objective:To investigate the circumstance of improving corneal restoration after Lasek with Qufengtuiyitang.Methods:144 cases with myopic eyes were randomly divided into 2 groups: Group A and group B o Group A consisted of 72cases(72eyes) drank Qufengtuiyitang。Group B consisted of 72 cases(72eyes) drank nothing。They were all observerd ache, UCVA, BCVA, sphere(D), cylinder(D), IOP, haze and corneal epithelial restoration in right eye。Results:Group A was much better than Group B in releasing ache from the first day to the third day after LASEK(P<0.05)。They were similar on the fifth day(P>0.05)。They were also similar on UCVA, BCVA, sphere(D), cylinder(D), and IOP from the first month to the sixth month。Group A was much better than Group B(P<0.05) on haze from the first month to the sixth month。Conclusion:Qufengtuiyitang is advantageous in releasing ache and haze and improving corneal restoration after LASEK。...
