Clinical Research On The Effect Of Shenshuaikeli On Chronic Reanal Failure (crf) And The Effect On The Nitrogen Monoxidum (no) And Endothelin (et) In Serum

Objective:In this paper,60 patients with CRF were randomly devided into 1 testing group with ShenShuaiKeLi,30 cases; 2 control group with Starch Oxide(SO),30 cases. The results showed:1. ShenShuaiKeLi could alleviate the clinical symptoms, The total effective rate of it on improving clinical sumptoms of patients with CRF was 90.0% and very superior to that of SO (P＜0.01).2. ShenShuaiKeLi could decline the level of BUN,Scr andβ2-MG and could improuve renal function (P<0.01).3. ShenShuaiKeLi could remarkably descend the level of proteinuria, which was superior to that of SO(P<0.01).4. ShenShuaiKeLi could regulate the abnormalty of blood lipid and possessed the actions on declining the lever of TG,TC,LDL-C and APOA1,and elevating the lever of HDL-C,APOB,Showing superiority to SO (P＜0.01).5. ShenShuaiKeLi could improve the bloodless and low proteinemia with CRF and could elevate the level of Hb and Alb,which was superior to that of SO(P<0.01).6. ShenShuaiKeLi could remarkably descend the level of ET and elevate the level of NO,which was superior to that of SO(P<0.01).ShenShuaiKeLi had the superiority of great significant curative effect, and fewer side effects to the patients with CRF.
