Objective:This study was designed to investigate the Splicing variant of Cdc42 interacting protein-4 in EMT in HKC induced by hypoxia and TGF-β, analyzed the expression difference between them,and explore the possible mechanisms. pEGFP-C1-CIP-4V expression vector was constructed by Extension of overlapping gene segments by PCR.Methods:The expression level of Splicing variant of Cdc42 interacting protein-4 in EMT of HKC induced by hypoxia and TGF-βwas analyzed by RT-PCR and Western blot , pEGFP-C1-CIP-4V expression vector was constructed by Extension of overlapping gene segments by PCR.Results:Hypoxia can induce Splicing variant of Cdc42 interacting protein-4,but not in EMT of HKC induced by TGF-β, pEGFP-C1-CIP-4V expression vector was constructed successfully detected by sequence chromatogram of CIP4-V cDNAConclusions:Splicing variant of Cdc42 interacting protein-4 happened not only in the renal cell carcinoma ,but also in EMT in HKC induced by hypoxia . Splicing variant of Cdc42 interacting protein-4 may be one of the important mechanisms of the occurrence and development of EMT in HKC,but the mechanisms need to explore more.
