Objective: In this paper,we examined the variation of serum Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-αfor short) and interleukin6(IL-6 for short) level and analyzed the relationship between TNF-αand IL-6 and glucose insulin metabolism disorder, ET,NO in hypertensive disease with IGT. The aim is to explore the relation between chronic burning damage effects in hypertensive patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) And the developing of hypertensive cardiovas-cular disease.Method: To choose patients with hypertensive in this study. Dividing this patients into three groups , 40 patients with solely hypertensive disease as group EH, 41 patients with hypertensive disease and IGT as group IGT,41 patients with hypertensive disease and diabetes mellitus as group T2DM,we choose 40 people coming from the medical examination in our hospital as the reference group(NT). All of them were carried out OGTT and insulin release examination. The general conditions as age,body mass index are examined. TNF-α,IL-6 level and other biochemical variables including total cholesterol,triglycerides, high density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,fasting plasma glucose,fasting blood insulin are determined , Serum TNF-α,IL-6 was determined by double-ntibodies ELISA. Serum endothelin and insulin was determined by radioimmunoassay. NO was determined by nitric acid reductase method.Results: Based on our research,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and ET levels in group EH,IGTand T2DM are significantly higher than in group A (P<0.05), the levels of serum NO levels in group EH, IGT and T2DMis lower than in group NT (P<0.05), under no significant difference in the circumstance such as age,weight,TC,HDLC,FPG. the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and ET levels in group IGT and T2DM are notably higher than in group B (P<0.05), the levels of serum NO levels in group IGT and T2DM is lower than in group EH (P<0.05); the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and ET levels in group T2DM is notably higher than in group IGT (P<0.01), the levels of serum NO levels in group T2DM is lower than in group IGT (P<0.01),②Correlation analysis indicated that TNF-αhas positive correlation to HOMA-IR,2hPG, ET (r=0.910,0.890,0.956 P<0.01),TNF-αhas negative correlation to NO(r=-0.321 P<0.01);IL-6 has positive correlation To HOMA-IR, 2hPG,ET (r= 0.920, 0.566,0.940 P<0.01),IL-6 has negative correlation to NO (r=-0.411 P<0.01),③Further multivariate regression analysis revealed that SBP,HDLC, HOMA-IR,2hPG,IL-6 levels contributed to the TNF-αlevels (P<0.05), SBP, HOMA-IR, 2hPG, TNF-αlevels contributed to the IL-6 levels (P<0.05)and SBP, HOMA-IR, 2hPG, TNF-α,IL-6 levels contributed to the levels NO and ET(P<0.05).Conclusion: TNF-αand IL-6 maybe relate to hypertensive disease and insulin resistance. The serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 may be as sensitive marks for early diagnosis of Hyper-tensive patients with IGT. Routinely measure the plasma levels of endothelin and nitric oxide in Hypertensive patients with IGT can help to prevent and intervene the developing of Hypertensive cardiovascular disease. The serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 may increase the developing of Hypertensive cardiovascular disease. |
