Objective:By model building of New zealand male rabbit of right hind ischemia,to performe experimental study of bone marrow mobillization combined with autologous stem cell transplantation in rabbits on chronic lower extremity ischemia, Explore the angiogenesis effect and find a optimum way on lower extremity ischemia.Method: Twenty eight New zealand male rabbits, randomly divided into four groups: the first group(seven rabbits ) , with bone marrow mobillization after establish the animal model of of right hind ischemia, the second group(seven rabbits ) with autologous stem cell transplantation after establish the animal model of of right hind ischemia, the third group (seven Rabbits ) with bone marrow mobillization combined with autologous stem cell transplantation after establish the animal model of of right hind ischemia, the fourth group is control group, Observed the Level of vascular neogenesis after the fifth week of model building, testing the vascular density by CD34 immunohistochemistry.Results: Angiography display the rabbits which bone marrow mobillization combined with autologous stem cell transplantation of lower extremity ischemia artery evident increase compare with other groups. the vascular density by CD34 immunohistochemistry evident increase compare with other groups, compare the intergroup difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bone marrow mobillization combined with autologous stem cell transplantation is the convenient and safe treatment on chronic lower extremity ischemia. |
