Background:Urinary calculi urinary system are common, frequently-occurring disease, its incidence has a marked regional differences and ethnic differences.Xinjiang Uygur population high incidence of early age of onset, has its own unique way of life and different genetic background, suggesting that the national incidence of urinary stones may have their own specific reasons, other ethnic groups have different relevant environmental risk factorsand molecular genetic basis .Objective : Through the epidemiology research, discovers each kind of diet,Metabolism and environmentalthe dangerous factors, the dangerous factor which the exploration urolthiasis arises, prevents for the crowd provides the preliminary basis. Methods:Select the Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and The People's General Hospital of Xinjiang in January 2007~September 2008 to 200 cases (181 cases of chemical and biological integrity of the blood and urine biochemistry) of hospitalized patients, 199 cases (180 cases of chemical and biological integrity of the blood and urine biochemistry) of the same period in the hospital inpatient urology patients with acalculous for the control group. Uses compares the research based on hospital urolthiasis diet dangerous factor crowd case study. The concrete method is uses the self-made examination table by the special investigator to inquire investigation object for year each kind of liquid daily takes in the situation, each kind of host, the no staple food usually takes in the situation, and inquires it usually meals taste, as well as family main cooking oil type.Uses the unconditioned logistic regression to carry on the analysis to 16 variables and the union specialized knowledge gives the analysis. Results:Urolithiasis patients and control groups comparable balanced ratio conditions, 45 factors selected 20 single-factor non-conditional Logistic regression model was finally carried out many factors that non-conditional Logistic regression model a total of 10 variables. One of 7 variables for the risk factors of urolithiasis were drinking history (OR=6.035,95%Cl:1.522~23.925);hypercalcemia (OR=9.232,95%Cl: 2.555~33.360);drink strong tea (OR=16.868,95%Cl:6.276~45.341);many salt consumption (OR= 2.747,95%Cl:2.233~15.499);meat and products (OR=2.010,95%Cl:1.254~3.222);age (OR=1.962,95%Cl:1.929~2.995);Fresh fruit (OR=2.747,95%Cl:1.578 ~4.780);3 variables protective factors for urolithiasis were eat fresh vegetables (OR=0.475,95%Cl:0.265~0.849);many drinking water (OR=0.152,95%Cl:0.062~0.370);Dairy products(OR=0.617,95%Cl:0.345~1.102).Conclusion:Diet nutritional factors, metabolic factors and environmental factors are important risk factors for urolithiasis.
