【Objective】To investigate the effects of low doses of levodopa administration on striatum acetylcholine Ml,M2 receptors and acetylcholine content expression in Parkinsonian rats .【Methods】6-OHDA was stereotaxieally injected into rats to make rats model of P D; Rat s were randomly divided into 5 groups , the blank group, The model group, the drug7d,14d,21d group,Immunohistochemistry was measured by Ml and M2 receptors in the striatum expression. HPLC-ECD was used to measure the content of Ach in the striatum at different survival times 7d,14d,21d.【Results】Ml receptors in the expression of a rat model of Parkinson's disease the average optical density is higher than the normal control group; after 14d the average optical density of Ml receptor protein decreased significantly compared with model group (P<0.05), the medication 21d Ml receptor expression in post-recovery; M2 receptor protein average optical density in Parkinson's disease model group than in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the drug had no significant pick-up after the intervention(P<0.05).The level of Ach decreases significantly in the PD rats, 7d intervention with levodopa, the concentration of acetylcholine was significantly lower than the model (P <0.05), but the drug 14d, 21d after the acetylcholine content increased when compared with the model group (P<0.05).【Conclusion】PD rats with low doses of levodopa after the intervention of the M1 receptor protein expression in the striatum and acetylcholine content is a dynamic process of change. M2 receptors in the drug show no significant change after the intervention.
