Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of CD95 and JNK proteins in liver cancer tissue. Methods:Immunochemistry was applied to determine the EXPRESSION OF CD95, JNK1, JNK2 and c-Jun proteins in 58 cases of HCC and adjacent tissues (ATC).Analysis zhe relalion between zhe expression of CD95,JNK1,JNK2 AND c-JUM Protein with clincopat-hological parameters of HCC.Results:(1) The Immunochemistry exemination showed that CD95 was stained in cytoplasm, and JNK1, JNK2 and c-Jun were nuclear stained. The expression of CD95 in HCC(25.9%) was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues of cancer (74.1%)(p<0.05). The expressions of JNK1, JNK2 and c-Jun in HCC were 27.6%,32.8% and 20.7%, respectively, That was significantly lower than the expression of JNK1 (72.4%)JNK2 (67.2%) and c-Jun (79.3%) in ATC(all p<0.05). (2) The CD95 expression level showed a positive correlation with the pathological grade of HCC (r=0.516, P< 0.001). but no significant relation was observed between CD95 and gender, age, nodules number, venous infiltration and cirrhosis (P>0.05). The expression of JNK1, JNK2 and c-Jun respectively showed a positive correlation with the pathological grade of HCC (r=0.364, P=0.006; r=0.383, P=0.004; r=0.508, P=0.002). but no significant relation was observed between, JNK1, JNK2, c-Jun and gender, age, nodules number, venous infiltration, cirrhosis (P>0.05). (3) CD95 expression was positively correlated with JNK1 (r= 0.693,P< 0.001), JNK2 (r= 0.357, P=0.007), and c-Jun(r=0.670, P<0.001) expression.Conclusion:CD95 expression is positively correlated with JNK proteines expression, and had correlation with the pathological grade of HCC,The results suggest that CD95 and JNK signal transduction system. may have improtant role in development of HCC...
