In the reform and opening up policy development non-public medical institutions, various private hospitals are springing up there, and some hospitals by high-frequency, means of exaggerating the advertising sales promotion not only a positive effect, but a negative impact, which greatly damaged the As a service based on the country's image. In this paper, the classical marketing, the modern theory of marketing services and service market positioning theory, the use of SWOT matrix, environmental analysis, strategic management analysis tools, as well as domestic and international marketing of the various studies on the hospital, based on detailed analysis and evaluation of the YJ hospital service marketing mix stra(?)egy, YJ hospital services proposed the formulation of marketing strategy recommendations.This paper describes the theory of service marketing, analysis of the health care market through the marketing environment and micro-macro-marketing environment, combined with similar hospitals compared with the province, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages, and YJ hospital services marketing ideas, from business and processes, rates, channel and promotional strategies, marketing strategies and other aspects within the proposed marketing strategy for YJ hospital services recommendations.
