Objective:By analyzing the admitted 96 female breast cancer patients with initial treatment after the basic conditions from Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Tengzhou People's Hospital. Discuss the impact postoperative for breast cancer survival in a variety of factors, as well as Chinese medicine's role in the treatment of breast cancer and to identify problems, a reasonable choice for clinical treatment programs to provide individualized learning. Methods:From the patient's clinical data and follow-up data, choose to study a number of observed indicators for each of the observation target assignment to quantify all the data entered into the computer, using SPSS16.0 statistical software for data analysis. First, with the Kaplan-Meier method (Kaplan-Meier method) draw disease progression (TTP) and survival curves (OS) curve, and then application of clinical parameters Log-Rank test (Log-Rank test) for single-factor analysis, analysis of various factors on the survival of the impact, and identify Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer, the role played by the final application of COX proportional hazard model multivariate regression analysis to identify independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients. Results:Statistical analysis showed that age, benign breast disease, tumor location, TCM Syndrome Differentiation and breast cancer prognosis. Body mass index, genetic factors, pathological type, tumor stage, immunohistochemistry (ER, PR, Her-2), histological grade, lymph node metastasis, treatment modalities, taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction of various variables on survival time, the role of statistically significant, in which tumor stage Her-2, histological grade, lymph node metastasis, taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction of time to influence an independent risk factor for breast cancer prognosis. Taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction time is greater than 1-year long-term survival in patients with breast cancer a higher benefit from more. Conclusion:Chinese and Western medicine with Western medical treatment available to treat than a simple long-term survival and long-term survival, quality of life markedly improved, integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of female breast cancer clinical treatment of the future development trend.
