Expressions Of Pde4b, Bcl-2 And Cd5 In Distinuished Type Non-hodgkins Lymphoma And Its Significance

Objective:To investigate the expressions of PDE4B,BCL-2 and CD5 in subgroups of non-Hodgkins Lymphoma(NHL) and its significance. Methods:To collect 55 cases of NHL, immunohistochemistry technique was used to assess the expression levels of PDE4B,BCL-2 and CD5 in 55 cases of NHL. and 5 cases of lymph node reactive prolifer-ation were served as controls. Results:1) There were 29 cases (29/55,52.73%) in lymph node,26cases (26/55,48.27%) in extra node.there were more cases in lymph node than in extra node.2) PDE4Band BCL-2 in different lymphoma have various degrees of expression. They express higher in LPL, DLBCL and MZL. PDE4B in DLBCL,LPL and MZLwas 57.14%(16/28), (2/2) and (2/3) respectively. BCL-2 in DLBCL,LPL and MZLwas 85.71%(24/28), (2/2), (3/3) respectively.3)The positive expression of PD4B in GCB(germinal center B-cell-like) subtype and in non-GCB(non-germinal center B-cell-like) subtype was (10/13) and (5/15),the expression of PDE4B in GCB subtype was higher than non-GCB subtype. The expression of PDE4B in subtypes of DLBCL had statistic difference(P<0.05). The positive expression in males and femsles was (14/20) and (2/8), there were more cases in males than in femsles, The expression levels of PDE4B in sex of DLBCL had statistic difference (P<0.05).4) The positive Expression of bcl-2 in GCB(germinal center B-cell-like) subtype and in non-GCB(non-germinal center B-cell-like) subtype was (11/13) and (13/15), The expression of bcl-2 in subtypes of DLBCL had not statistic difference(P>0.05). and The expression levels of sex, nation, age, site had no statistic difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The expression of PDE4B in different kinds of lymphoma may be negativie associated with their invasive level, The expression of BCL-2andCD5 in different kinds of lymphoma may be coincide with their invasive level. PDE4B,BCL-2 and CD5 concerned with the invasion of lymphoma. the expression of PDE4B in GCB subtype was higher than non-GCB subtype,It may be useful to diagnose the subtypes and judge the prognosis of DLBCL.PDE4B with CD5 may be exist negative correlation with promote the development of DLBCL.
