Research On Correlation Of Allergen And Tcm Etiology Wind-pathogen

Objective Through the analysis between allergen and wind-pathogen characteristics of TCM, this article tries to find common characteristics between the two exists and build a bridge between Chinese and Western Medicine. From pathogenic allergens of modern medicine perspective, we have chosen dust mites as the raw material and extract protein allergy. Development of dust mite allergens in vitro diagnostic reagents can rapidly detect the dust mite allergens. It should not only make up for lack of defect detection means of Chinese medicine to improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, but also perspective understand the material basis of the cause of allergens TCM wind-pathogen, fully understand and grasp the essence of the cause of allergens wind-pathogen. It is a positive guiding significance to achieve combination of TCM macro-dialectical and western micro dialectical towards allergic diseases. It also tries to provide a scientific frame of reference for the study of TCM etiology Objectification and modernization.Methods Firstly, through literature research, the article refers to a large number of ancient and modern medical literatures, and discusses the natures and characteristics of wind-pathogen and starting with wind to treat allergic diseases, and western medicine has the characteristics of allergens and treatment mode. Secondly, by experimental research, the article Clears out the biological characteristics of dust mite allergens and uses it to disprove correlation between allergen and wind-pathogen, and the development of dust mite allergens extrinsic diagnostic tests has contribution to understand the material basis of wind-pathogen.Results Theoretical research:①wind-pathogen and allergy have a wide range of characteristics of pathogenic and the major seasonal incidence.②wind-pathogen and allergy have the same pathogenic approach from the muscles, mouth and nose infiltration, or both two Etc.③wind-pathogen and allergy have the common pathogenic characteristics that they happen quickly,spead and change rapidly, occur repeatedly and happen whenever they meet pathogen.④Distinguishing allergens from the perspective of identifying allergens, dispersing chinese herb medicine of pathogenic wind from the "wind" on the Treatment of allergic diseases can be achieved remarkable results. Experimental research:Dust mite is the most important inhaled allergens, extrinsic diagnostic tests of dust mite allergens that has developed. It can fast and accuratly determined the body caused by an allergic reaction to dust mite allergen-specific IgE antibodies.This extrinsic diagnostic tests has a high sensitivity, specificity, reproducibility and good features. Through clinical validation, dust mite allergens and Chinese wind-pathogen have similar pathogenic characteristics.Conclusions The cause of allergic diseases and wind-pathogen have a very close relationship. In the treatment of allergic diseases, we should not only fully understand the characteristics of allergens from the micro aspect, rapidly detecting allergens, but also grasp the characteristics of wind-pathogen pathogenic from the macro aspect, grasp wind-expelling means and utilize traditional chinese medicine in order to enhance efficacy.
