Objective:To observe the Yiqishengbantang for treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, ITP) and its impact on the efficacy of ITP mouse model IL-2, IL-6, TGF-βl effects, to explore traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic mechanism of action and provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods:Clinical observation:60 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenia (ITP) were randomly divided into treatment combination of the control group, treatment group 30 cases,30 control group, treatment group were treated with Qi 1 plate soup; control group Weixuening particles, two groups of treatment was 3 months. Animal experiment: The 50 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely, the normal group, model group, prednisone group, Weixuening group, Yiqi 1 plate soup group, and detection of five levels of serum IL-2, IL-6, TGF-β1 levels.Results:The clinical concept of search:The total effective rate was 83.3%, the control group, the total efficiency of 66.67%, the two groups was significant difference in efficacy (P<0.05);treatment group and control group can effectively increase the number of platelets in patients with, compared with those before treatment were significant differences (P<0.01), platelet count after treatment both groups had significant difference(P<0.05). Animal experiment:After treatment, each group can improve the ITP mouse model of body weight, while the prednisone group, the Chinese Medicines weight gain is better than Weixuening group, there are significant differences. After treatment, all groups are able to reduce the ITP mouse model of spleen, there are significant differences; traditional Chinese medicine group, prednisone group significantly reduced spleen better than Weixuening group. After treatment, the treatment group can raise platelet count, there are significant differences; traditional Chinese medicine group, prednisone group increased platelet better, there are significant differences. After treatment, the treatment group are able to reduce the ITP mouse model of bone marrow megakaryocytes,there are significant differences; traditional Chinese medicine group, prednisone group decreased significantly, there are significant differences. After treatment, medication group ITP mouse model of IL-2, IL-6, TGF-β1 average drop of water, prednisone group Weixuening group, Yiqi 1 plate soup quite effective.Conclusion:Yiqishengbantang decoction efficacy in patients with ITP sure, can effectively reduce the ITP mouse model of the IL-2, IL-6, TGF-β1 levels, their specific mechanism remains to be further explored. The treatment group and control group patients could be reduced by the number of cells of bone marrow megakaryocytes, compared with those before treatment were significant differences (P<0.01), after treatment of bone marrow megakaryocytes, compared the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05)...
