Objective:To observe Qing-Chang-He-Ji to promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery in patients with the clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism.Methods:50 patients met the inclusion criteria of abdominal surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were given conventional medical practitioners to promote a return to conventional treatment, the treatment group on this basis, after six hours, the patient vital signs were stable, retention enema for Qing-Chang-He-Ji. Once every half an hour auscultation bowel sounds, bowel sounds were observed in patients with first time appeared the first time, discharge time, the first defecation time, right after the first 1 day,2 days,3 days of clinical medicine symptoms and signs to score more, and post-operative complications occurred in both groups compared with the numbers of cases. Results:1.Bowel sounds after abdominal surgery recovery time for the first time the exhaust time, the first defecation time, the treatment group compared with the control group was significantly ahead of schedule, after statistically significant differences (P<0.05).2. Abdominal 1,2,3 days after the first clinical TCM in patients with symptoms and signs score the treatment group compared with the control group was significantly lower, by statistically significant differences (P<0.01).3. The incidence of complications after abdominal surgery treatment group than in the control group was significantly lower, by statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: 1. Qing-Chang-He-Ji can abdominal surgery recovery time in patients with bowel sounds, anal exhaust time for the first time, the first defecation time, significantly ahead of schedule.2. Qing-Chang-He-Ji can significantly improve the abdominal postoperative patients of TCM clinical symptoms and signs.3. Qing-Chang-He-Ji can reduce the incidence of complications after abdominal surgery to promote the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.
