Objective:Discuss the ability of Fugujianbu tablet (FGJB tablet) for boosting the cell proliferation in early stage of experimental fracture; in order to support the chinese clinical cure of fracture.Method:Method:Thirty-six grow-up healthy mice in three groups randomly:group A (Blank), group B (Jiegu Qili tablet), group C (FGJB tablet). Then use your hands off the top of the left tibia of rats law in 1/3 fracture model Record the X-ray image of four mice in each group after 7 days,14 days,21 days, respectively. The details is as follows:take plain film radiography of left tibia, then kill the mouse by Cervical dislocation and make section from knee to ankle of left tibia for HE staining. Then observe the callus histology and count the osteoblast amout. After the immunohistochemical staining, we analysis the expression of VEGF in callus through x-ray images.Results:1. according to the comparison of callus histology, it shows clear that both gourp B and group C are better than group A. 2. the record of X-ray image:after 7-days, group A is statisticly related with group B and group C (P<0.05), but it is not for that of group B and goup C (P>0.05); after 14-days, group A shows significant statistic relationship with group B and group C (P<0.01), group B and goup C is still not related (P>0.05); after 21-days, group A has significantly relationship with group C (P<0.01), and also related with group B (P<0.05). Neither, no clear relationship between group B and goup C (P>0.05).3. the comparison of osteoblast amout:after 7-days, there is statistic relationship between group B and group C (P<0.01), also between group B, group C and group A (P<0.01); after-14 days has same situation with after-21 days, there is no clear relationship between group B and group C (P>0.05), but both of them are higher then group A (P<0.01).4. the expression of VEGF:after 7-days, there is statistic difference between group A and group B, group C (P<0.05); no statistic diference between group B and group C (P>0.05). After-14 days, it has statistic diference between group B and group C (P<0.05); and group A is singficantly statisticly differ form group B, group C (P<0.01). After-21 days, group B and group C has no difference (P>0.05); but the difference is clearly showed between group A and goup B (P<0.05), and between group A and group C (P<0.01). The peak value of the cell amout and the VEFG expression is in the second period, after that both of them drop down.Conclustion:According to the callus histomorphology and osteoblast counting, and analyse the expression of VEGF in callus, FGJB tablet can distinctly boost the cell proliferation of osteoblast, and the formation of new bone stump; it also can boost the capillary proliferation of bone stump and promote the remodeling of callus capillary by improving the level of VEGF expression, thus to accelerate the catamagtic.
