Compound Injection Of Trace Elements Of Life Impact Studies On The Immune Function Of The Boer Goat

In order to provide scientific basis for clinical useing,took intramuscular injection with different doses of microelement compound "sheng-ming-yuan" to the boer goat to study its immune function and to explore how it enhance the immune mechanism and dose-effect relationship.The experiment selected 24 health male boer goat of 3-month-old,13kg±1.0kg body weight,randomly divided into 4 groups,6 boer goat every group,and test time was 60d. groupâ… (the control group) added the trace elements in feed;groupâ…¡(low-dose-group), groupâ…¢(middle-dose-group),groupâ…£(high-dose-group)used intramuscular injection respectively,with "sheng-ming-yuan" in 0.5ml/kg body weight,1ml/kg body weight, 2ml/kg body weight.The day befor injecting "sheng-ming-yuan"(recorded as 0d) and after 15d,30d,45d,60d of the injection,determinated the positive rate of peripheral blood T lymphocytes ANAE;determinated the rate of erythrocyte complement receptor rosette (E-C_3bRR) and immune complex rosette(E-ICR);measured the level of IgG,IgA,IgM,IL-2,IL-6 in serum;after injecting "sheng-ming-yuan" 30d,45d,60d determinated the cycle of lymphocytes in bloodThe results show:1."sheng-ming-yuan" is able to improve the rate of boer goat's T cell ANAE,strengthen the cellular immune response,and the best is the middle-dose group.2."sheng-ming-yuan" is able to increase the contents of IgG,IgM,IgA in boer goats' serum.Comparing with the control group,the experimental groups show significant or extrendly significant difference(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),and the best outcome is the middle dosages.3."sheng-ming-yuan" is able to improve the contents of IL-2 and IL-6 in boer goat's serum.The experimental groups' IL-2 contents higher than control group's,but not sigificant,the high-dose-group is the best;The injected groups'IL-6 contents are higher than control group's,and after injecting 15d the injected groups' are more significant difference than control group's,and the low-dose-group is the best.4."sheng-ming-yuan" is able to shorten the period of G₀/G₁ of lymphocyte in perpheral blood and increase the DNA contents percentage of the S,G₂-M scheduled time and cell proliferating index(PI). Compare with control group,injected groups showed that the period of G₀/G₁of lymphocyte can be cut dow and the DNA contents pecentage in the S,G₂-M scheduled can be increased in varying degress,in certain period showed siginficant difference(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),and the middle-dose-group showed the best.5."sheng-ming-yuan" is able to increase boer goat erythrocyte complement acceptor garland rate,reduces erythrocyte's immunity compound garland rate,strengthen the boer goat's immune reponse.Conclusion:The "sheng-ming-yuan" can improve the ANAE positive rate of T lymphocytes,strengthen the contents of IgG,IgA,IgM,IL-2,IL-6 in serum,shorten the period of G₀/G₁ in Lymphocytes cycle,raise DNA content percentage in the S,G₂-M schedule and proliferating index(PI).The immune fuction can be strangthened by all mentioned above.In clinical "sheng-ming-yuan" used in middle doses(1ml/kg body weight) is better and feaible.
