Effects Of Yong Ye Sheng Ming Su On The Growth,Yield And Quality Of Young Chinese Cabbage

Abstract/Summary:
It was conducted that young chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis var.communis Tsen et Lee)growth, yied and quality were studied, which were influenced by spraying different dilution multiple for800times,600times and400times of yongye sheng ming su, at the period (4leaf1heart period) of young chinese cabbage seedling. The results showed that:1. The plant height, plant exhibition, maximum leaf length and width, leaf number and leaf area of different treatments which sprayed yongye sheng ming su with different dilution times of young chinese cabbage were high12.74%,19.43%,14.13%,20.66%,22.56%和21.41%than CKwater, and the treatment of600times were increased significantly. The effects of Yongye sheng ming su on root length and root volume were not significant, but the root and leaf dry weight and total biomass were significantly higher than control.2. Different treatments of young chinese cabbage in the greenhouse bolted earlier1-2days than control; bolting rate was higher than control, but the difference was not significant.3. Compared with the control (CK and CKwater), the young chinese cabbage yield of different treatments were increased significantly; the rate of increase in young chinese cabbage yield, which were grown in spring greenhouse and autumn plastic greenhouse, were14.23%to18.84%and12.83%to20.99%respectively; at the same time,600times was the optimum concentration, and the yield were4251.01kg/667m2and2214.44kg/667m2separately.4. Compared with the CKwater, the content of soluble protein in different treatments increased by0.37%to13.98%, and the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, total sugar, Vc. organic acid and soluble solids increased by7.33%to26.7%,5.41%to52.66%,5.86%to24.71%,7.78%to21.92%.25.00%to44.49%and5.81%to21.76%; but the contents of nitrate and nitrite significantly reduced by9.34%to25.25%and5.56%to23.21%.The effects of Yongye sheng ming su on growth, yield and quality of young chinese cabbage were significant, and the effects were different by treating on different concentration. On the whole, the order of result was:600times>800times>400times> CKwater> CK. The research results in terms of young chinese cabbage yield and quality of grown in spring greenhouse and autumn plastic greenhouse:the best spraying concentration was600times, which was more suitable to promote the application in production practice; and the effect on the young chinese cabbage in greenhouse was better than the plastic greenhouse.
