Wuyoudao1 was widely grown in Heilongjiang province,which was high-quality, high yield stability and strong cold tolerance in the seedling stage. So it was very suitable for the climatic conditions in Heilongjiang Province. But it was not strong rice blast resistance which impacted seriously on its yield and quality in the Blast-Pop-Year. Pi1 and Pi2 were wide-spectrum and completely dominant genes resistant to blast.In this study, Indica rice BL6 was as donor parent and Wuyoudao1 was as acceptor parent. Pi1 and Pi2 sections were imported and polymerized to Wuyoudao1, by using Backcross breeding and MAS technology , but other sections were basically recovered to the background of Wuyoudao1. New rice variety with Pi1 and Pi2 genes were obtained. The main results were showed below.1. SSR markers RM224 and AP22 were selected, which shown polymorphism in donor parent and acceptor parent and linkage with Pi1 and Pi2 genes. RM224 and AP22 could be used as DNA markers of foreground selection in the process of cultivating rice line Wuyoudao1 by using MAS technology.2. 24 SSR markers distributed uniformly in rice chromosome were selected .They could be used to select background in developing Wuyoudao1 (Pi1/Pi2).3. Sexual hybridization was conducted between Wuyoudao1 and BL6, True hybrid was identified in F1 population by using markers AP22. As acceptor parent, True hybrid was 3 times backcross with Wuyoudao1 altogether. Foreground selection was done each generation, and 45 plants with Pi1 and Pi2 genes were obtained in BC3F1 population Finally.4. 7 double-positive plants were investigated on recovery rates of the background in BC3F1 population. Plants were obtained, whose background was recovered to acceptor parent completely, and which could be used as materials of rice with blast resistance in Heilongjiang.
