| On the basis of nursery practices and surveys in past several years, the seedlingquality grading criterion of 26 seedling types in 22 species was made by using mean standarddeviation method. After analyzing the current sampling plan for nursery stock, we applied aprinciple of limit quality to acceptance of seedling quality survey and developed a new samplingplan according to a seedling counting plan for sampling. |
