| Recently years, with the fast development of Remote Sensing and computer teconology, the yield of the crop motoring also developed rapid. As the new scientific method which is joined with Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System, It is very macroscopic, fleetness and objective, so several department begins to take it seriously.Hebei province is a main agricultural province, and the planting area is more than 6million hectares. The wheat yield takes up one third of the crop yield in Hebei province. And it is one of the most mass area. So motoring the planting information of the wheat timely and correctly could help the government direct agricultural production.The paper review the situation of the the yield in the civil and abroad, details the summer and significance of this study, discusses the theory, teconology and method about Remote Sense and Geographic Information System in predicting the yield. Finaly, we developed a software for motoring the wheat conditon and caculating the yield.The study take Hebei province as the region area, using the Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System and analying the planting situation of Hebei province, then forecast the output of the crop. There are two innovations in this paper, the one is creat the new model of the prediction, the other is mproving the ratio of the wheat area and land into a new method which calculates the ratio of actual wheat planting area and those map area of wheat pixels, and the result could be more accurate. At the same time, the paper introduce the design and development of the Geographic Information System software. At the assistant of this softwate, the data of the Remote Sensing was analized and caculated, and the preiction could be improved accuratly and fastly. |
