Polygonum multiflorum is a kind of twining pereninial herb. Its whole plant can be used as medicine, and the especially effective part is the root.. Its root is slightness, and the bottom is hypertrophy with red or dust-colour surface. Its growth cycle is about 3 to 4 years, and it can be harvested in spring or autumn. It is the precious traditional Chinese medicine and also the goods for food therapy and health care.There are many studies on the trueborn traditional Chinese drug-Polygonum multiflorum in China and little studies in other countries. On the whole, these studies based on the weak industry of traditional Chinese drug are wide and thorough relatively. The active components of Polygonum multiflorum and pharmacological functions both are certain and clear. The content and finger print spectrum of active components from different places of production, gauges of products, parts of plant body and means of process have great differences. The studies of other countries on the chemical components of Polygonum multiflorum and the abstract are on the very high level, but their studies on some aspects (such as breed-select, the technique for fertilizer-using, deep utilization etc.)are weaker. that is to be studied by future experiments.Through the quadratic rotary combination design and from the aspect of increasing the ratio of effective plants, this thesis studied the effect of NPK-fertilizars on the yield of Polygonum multiflorum production and agricultural character. The results are as follow:1. As this experimentation, through the testing data and analyse, Optimumized fertilizer application program was based on the established mathematical mode of yield.Y=326.63+29.16X1+17.14X2+14.77X3+12.75X1X2-6.86X12-5.97X22-6.15X32Based on the model,the maximum yield and profit fertilizer application technique on the two tested Polygonum multiflorum varieties was at the ratio of N:P2O5:K2O equal to 1:2:0.53;the maximum yield was 808.49 kg, the maximum profit was 5343.9 RMB.Nitrogen,phosphorus and kalium can influenced the yield, and this sequence of influence was nitrogen>phosphorus>kalium, mutual domino offect of nitrogen and phosphorus indicates: tone of proper nitrogen and much phosphorus can gaind high yield. 2. Every agriculture characters were influenced by nitrogen,phosphorus and kalium.2.1. The weight of big earthnut was influenced by nitrogen,phosphorus and kaliumThe weight of big earthnut was influenced by nitrogen is constant; along with the increasing of phosphorus, big earthnut reduced earlier and increased subsequently; along with the increasing of kalium, big earthnut increased as the same time. The interaction shows: tone of proper nitrogen and much phosphorus can be propitious to increase the weight of big earthnut.2.2. The number of earthnut was influenced by nitrogen,phosphorus and kalium.As this experimentation, perhaps the number of earthnut can be influenced by genetic factor, and was influenced less by nitrogen,phosphorus and kalium.2.3. The stem circumference was influenced by nitrogen,phosphorus and kaliumThe stem circumference increased at the same time along with increasing of nitrogen,phosphorus and kalium. The interaction shows: tone of much nitrogen and much phosphorus can be propitious to increase the stem circumference as well as much phosphorus and much kalium.2.4. The T/Rwas influenced by nitrogen,phosphorus and kaliumThe T/R reduced at the same time along with increasing of nitrogen, increased at the same time along with increasing of phosphorus and kalium.2.5. The DW/FW was influenced by nitrogen,phosphorus and kaliumThe DW/FW was influenced by nitrogen is constant; the DW/FW reduced at the same time along with increasing of phosphorus; increased at the same time along with increasing of kalium. The interaction shows: tone of much nitrogen and much phosphorus can be propitious to increase the DW/FW; but no matter what level is nitrogen or phosphorus in, the DW/FW reduced earlier and increased subsequently at the same time along with increasing of kalium.2.6.
