The household piston intermittent sprayer has many characteristics, such as:simple structure, light weight, small volume, easy to manufacture and maintenance, convenient operation, good adaptability and low price, so it is widely used in our daily life. The drive pressure of this kind sprayer is provided by hand, so it is difficult to produce high pressure. In order to obtain the better spray characteristics, and considering the structure of the nozzle, this article put forward the low-pressure spiral swirling atomizing nozzle. Study on the influence of atomization characteristics for different nozzle parameters of low-pressure swirling nozzle with the method of numerical simulation, orthogonal experiment method and experiment research. And get the optimal nozzle structure parameter combination which has the better atomization characteristics. The main structure of this paper as follows:Chapter1:Introduce the research background and meaning of the household low pressure spray nozzle, review the research status at home and abroad, and give the research content and the technical route of this topic.Chapter2:Analyze the theoretical basis of the nozzle. Describe the atomizing characteristics evaluation indexes of nozzle. Special emphasis the two evaluation indexes:spray angle and the penetrating distance which was used to study the nozzle of this article. At last, give the test method of nozzle’s atomizing characteristics.Chapter3:Clear the nozzle structure form. Use the method of maximum flow principle preliminarily determines the basic structure parameter scope of the low-pressure spiral swirling atomizing nozzle.Chapter4:Analyze the theory and numerical simulation result on flow field of swirling nozzle. Discuss the influence of structure parameters on spraying performance.Chapter5:Use the L9(34) orthogonal test table to determine the test nozzle. And do the experiment research on the household piston intermittent sprayer experimental platform, and obtain the nozzle of optimal structure parameters combination which has good atomization characteristic. Then do the numerical simulation of10group nozzles which get from the optimal nozzle structure parameter combination and9group orthogonal test nozzles. And compare the simulation results with the measured results. Then it prove that the computer simulation and orthogonal test method in low-pressure atomizing nozzle spray characteristics is feasibility and accuracy. Also get the the optimal structure parameter combination of low pressure spiral swirling nozzle. It could guide the nozzle’s design and development about the household low pressure sprayer. |
