Abstract/Summary:
In the paper, introduce the societal and economy benefit of utilizing the corn stalks, and the corn stalks' composing, expounding the technic and ways to deal with the corn stalks, showing the applied effect of the stuff dealt with the microbe.Pleurotus ostreatus, co-ferment with Saccharomyces sp., Rhizopus nigricans. Discuss the co-fermenting conditions and ways, putting forward the flow of co-fermenting.First, discuss the culture medium, fermenting ways and cultivating time of the three funguses. Rhizopus nigricans and Pleurotus ostreatus use liquid culture medium. Then, Orthogonalization experiments are adopted to optimize conditions of cornstalk biotranformation. The research indicates, cornstalk: bran=4:1, cane sugar content is 1%, the ratio of stuff and water is 1:1.2. At the temperature of 25, the first day the Pleurotus ostreatus and Rhizopus nigricans are inoculated, then the third Saccharomyces sp. (the ratio of inoculation is 10%), the fermentation takes about 9 days. The protein content is got up to 24% at least, before co-fermenting, 10.17%, improving 142%. Cellulose degrade 69.3%, hemicelluloses 70.10%, lignin 20.50%.It shows, if there is negative effect among fungus, inoculating at different time can reduce it. To the flow, the condition and operation is simple. So the co-fermentation is feasible.
