Tomato seeds were soaked with S3307 in this experiment. The purpose was to study the effects of S3307 to the germination of seed and the growth of seedling. Meanwhile, the forming of alabasturum, the tolerance of seedlings and the node order of flowers were also researched. The result indicated:One. The germinating potentiality and germinating rate were differently extent inhibited by the use of S3307.Two. Because the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar were increased and photosynthesis and photosynthetic rate were enhanced, cultivating robust seedling and increasing output had a good basis .At the same time, S3307 could lowered the node order of first flower and shortened the presented stage of alabasturum. The above phenomena suggested that S3307 was contributed to the formation and maturity of flowers and the increasing of prophase yield.Three.The sprout height was notably lowered, the stem-thickness was increased and the ratio of shoot was risen. The test showed that it was preferable to cultivate robust seedling and improved the lodging-resistant capability in soaked S3307.Four. In dry condition, the contents of free proline vitamin C and soluble sugar were also increased by way of S3307 soaking. On the other hand, the MDA content and the electrolytic leakage of leaves were remarkably decreased and the resistance of seedlings was strengthened.Five. 5ug/g S3307 was the favorite choice to cultivate robust seedling and improve the tolerance based on the total effects .
