It is correct road and lasting-assignment to develop water-saving irrigation agriculture in 21 century.Infiltration irrigation------a advanced water-saving irrigation technique, mainly apply tocrops, seldom on vegetables in greenhouse. There are no treatments to adapt to culture plants in greenhouse, especially depth of infiltration irrigation and distance of infiltration irrigation.Infiltration irrigation technology study was conducted on tomato cultivation, the results showed that:1 .Infiltration irrigation technology can improve soil surrounding, lessen soil bulk density and increase soil porosity.2.The treatments which are depth of infiltration irrigation pipes(35cm)and distance of infiltration irrigation pipes(50cm) have the benefit of growth of tomato.3. .The treatments which are depth of infiltration irrigation pipes(35cm)and distance of infiltration irrigation pipes(SOcm) have the benefit of tomato yield .4.The activity of tomato root tended to single peak .The activity of tomato root on different treatment. He treatment-depth of infiltration irrigation pipes(35cm) is superior to that on treatment-depth of infiltration irrigation pipes(25cm).The treatment-distance of infiltration irrigation pipes(50cm) is superior to that on treatment-distance of infiltration irrigation pipes( 100cm).5.On the treatments of different depth of infiltration irrigation pipes, chlorophylL chlorophylls and chlorophyll^ of tomato showed "M" trend, while chlorophyll a/b of tomato changed tendency is dropping-rising-dropping. On the treatments of distance of infiltration irrigation pipes( 100cm), chlorophylk chlorophylls and chlorophyll^ of tomato showed "M" trend. On the treatments of distance of infiltration irrigation pipes(50cm), chlorophyll > chlorophylls and chlorophyll^ of tomato changed tendency is dropping-rising-dropping. On both treatments, chlorophyll a/b of tomato changed tendency is dropping-rising-dropping, but the former is changed little.6. On the treatments of different depth of infiltration irrigation pipes, SOD activity of tomato showed "M" trend. On the treatments of distance of infiltration Irrigation pipes(50cm), SOD activity of tomato showed "M" trend, while on the treatments of distance of infiltration irrigation pipes(lOOcm), SOD activity of tomato changed tendency is dropping-rising-dropping.
