This experiment adopted no-tillage and straw covering culture. An orthogonal rotation and combination design of quadratic about four determiners was applied to study the effects of experimental factors on the yield, output construction, quality etc. The results were summarized as follows: The experimental factors had significant effects on the yield, fructuation rate, leaf area exponent, the dry matter weight during ear sprouting period and mature period. The experimental factors had most significant effects on effective ears, dry matter weight at ear sprouting period. Whereas, there had no significant effects of the four experimental factors on the kernel numbers of per ear, 1000-seed weight and leaf area exponent at ear sprouting period. The variety had the greatest effect on the yield, followed by density, nitrogen application rate and uniconazile. Among the experimental factors, the density had the greatest effect on upmost seedlings, followed by uniconazile concentration, nitrogen 38 application rate and variety. The density also had the greatest effect on elongation seedlings, followed by uniconazile concentration, variety and nitrogen application rate. The experimental factors had influenced the protein contents and gluten contents most significantly. The uniconazile had the greatest effect on protein contents, followed by nitrogen application rate, variety and density. There were significant positive correlations between the yield and the mature period dry matter accumulation. There were significant positive correlations between the yield and the elongation seedlings. This experiment had formed the synthetical culture measures for getting a yield over 400kg per acre, which was composed by varieties (mianyang 26,mianyang 28 or mianlon 5), density (118,750?35,050 per acre), nitrogen (15.155-47.115kg per acre), uniconazile (7.155?.83 mg/kg). It also had come to the synthetical culture measures for getting a protein contents over 12%, which was composed by varieties (anyone of the experimental varieties), density (125,100?139,150 per acre), nitrogen (17.945?9.170kg per acre), uniconazile (11.215?2.65 mg/kg). The synthetical culture measures for getting a protein over 12% and yield over 400kg per acre had some consistency. Therefore, there are some possibilities to realize the synchro amendment of yield and quality.
