Objective: Added Cysteamine and Saccharicter-penin in the concentrated feed, through breeding trial and slaughter trail, to evaluate the effective dosageuse and stability, in order to determine its effect on growth performance and meat quality.Method: Breeding experiment: selected fattening Holstein Bulls (about 350kg), feeding with basic daily diet (BDD)(control), BDD+ Cysteamine, BDD+ Saccharicter-penin. Determined the different dosages on the appetite,weight effect and the blood index. Slaughter experiment: Be slaughtered through conventional method, weight and calculate the dressing percentage of calf. Cut the meat according to the NY/T676 after ageing (72 hours). To determine the rib-eye areas, weight the bone and primal cut beef (Tenderloin,Striploin,Ribeye,Highrib,Brisket,Chuck tender,Rump,Topside,Knuckle,Outside Flat,Eye Round,Flank,Shin).Calculated the net meat percentage, pH value,cooking loss and so on.Result:(1)There was no significant difference of intake among these groups(adding CS),Average daily gain (ADG)of group 2 was 1.088 kg,the level of glucose higher than that of other groups(P<0.05) and there was significant difference of the level of glucose among the group 1,group 2 and control group(P< 0.05).(2) There was significant difference of Average daily gain (ADG) among these groups (adding Saccharicter-penin), ADG of experiment2 was 1.6125 kg, higher than the control group (P<0.05). Experiment1 was 1.5500kg, higher than the control group (P<0.05). Experiment3 was 1.6187kg, higher than the control group (P<0.05).(3) The results showed that Saccharicter-penin could significantly increase the SOD of serum. increased by 51.88%,63.15% and 67.14%.(4) The results showed that cysteamine could significantly increase the CP of meat (P<0.05). His, Lys,Leu, Gly contents are higher than the control group(P<0.05).and the result showed that the inosinic acid content in every tiral group was higher than the control and adding CS group was the best.Conclusion:(1) It indicates that supplementing cysteamine 20g per head and per day is the proper dose in diet.It indicates that supplementing Saccharicter-penin 400mg per head and per day is the proper dose in diet.(2) The results showed the dietary CS improved the growth Performance and Carcass quality. and increased the dressing percentage and net meat percentage. Supplementing Saccharicter-penin increased the fat coverage of Carcass and dressing percentage. Saccharicter-penin group improved the growth Performance. CS group improved the carcass quality meat quality.(3) It indicates that supplementing cysteamine increased the content ofessential amino acid (EAA). The Leu, Ile, Lys and Asp is higher than the anti-group (P<0.05).Adding Saccharicter-penin is effective at lowering cholesterol levels.(4)The results indicated that additive CS group IMP content of longissimus muscle and IMP content of buttock muscle were extremely higher than the control group(P < 0.01), In conclusion,two additive groups can enhance the IM P contents and fresh flavor of beef,additive CS group is the best.
